About the MIO Parapet Roller

MIO Roof Riggers are designed as a mobile anchor point for a suspended worker with a Bosun’s Chair. This Parapet Roller was created for use on a flat rooftop with a parapet. The roller rests its beam on a parapet that sustains only vertical loads assuring the parapet with increased protection. The adjustable beam works with parapets up to 6′ in height. The roller can be easily assembled and disengaged. The unit weighs 150 lbs. Counterweight (lb.) 504(12@42). Has an outreach of 2′ and a span from front wheels to rear wheels of 4′. Counterbalance safety factor 4:1. Parapet height min-max 24-78″.
