F9 Groundskeeper is a high-performance concrete maintenance cleaner that continues to brighten the surface and deep clean each time it is used. It is ideal for commercial properties like restaurant entrances and high-traffic areas. Easily remove contaminants with this biodegradable and phosphate-free formula. Use F9 Groundskeeper after the initial degreasing, pre-cleaning, or hot water washing when the topical oil stains are at or beneath the surface of the concrete.

Unlike high-pH products, surfaces will stay cleaner longer. This industrial-grade formula will make concrete pop by removing tire marks, soil, and grime. When new and unopened, F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner has a shelf life of up to two years. Once opened, that shelf life gets cut in half to approximately one year.

How to Use F9 Groundskeeper Cleaner:

• Wet concrete, so it’s damp and not puddling.
• Spray on at a 10:1 to 20:1 ratio.
• Agitate bad oil stains/bad areas if needed.
• Dwell for a minimum of 2 minutes and surface clean.
• Hot water preferred, cold water ok.
